Dr. Overton is
a Colorado native who grew
up in Denver. His undergraduate education was at Hastings
College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
He went to The
University of Nebraska College of Medicine
School of Dentistry, graduating in 1994. He has completed hundreds continuing education
hours in the fields of Cosmetic and Restorative
Dentistry. Striving to stay at the forefront of technology, he
tries to have the latest equipment and maintains his education by
taking 100+ hours of continuing education each year.
The Las Vegas Institute
for Advanced Dental Studies has recognized him as a Master Esthetic
Dentist.
Currently he is a member of
The
American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American
Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Larimer County
Dental Society, Colorado Chapter of The Las Vegas Institute, and is
a founding member of The Eagle's Nest Dental Study Group.
He also tries to give
back to the community by donating dental services through The
Larimer County Women's Center of which he is also on the Board of
Directors.
